Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.
Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
- New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

i'm getting some bloodwork i have been waiting for done, i guess not traditionally exciting but im so curious for the results, i love data!
Going to make a fish chowder tomorrow too that im excited about and just realized i forgot to get herbs for.
Things get a little tame as you age i guess 😂
I never get to nerd out about bloodwork enough! I used to be a phlebotomist, studied biomedical science at uni and still work in path lab adjacent fields (although virology was my main passion).
Science is so cool! I used to be super freaked out by needles but I had to start giving them to myself and this has made things a lot easier I guess. I still can't look when they draw blood though.
I trained to be an EMT and the unit where we had to give each other saline injections almost failed me.
That's the kind of thing I get excited by too! We're old and that's ok. You said you love data are you autistic?
oh yeah i'm neuro-xtra-spicy; adhd, autism and bipolar slathered with trauma and a side order of gender dysphoria. But i have meds and support and such so I get by pretty well all things considered!
