It encompasses more than porn. That wording can mean whatever a judge wants it to mean. This is how people wind up in prison for talking about queerness in a positive light.

Exactly. And why stop there? They could decide that political speech is "obscene" and "harmful".

Far worse.

E.G. Trump openly considers anyone asking into Epstein and the much promised list to be obscene, has a few times now opined about removing people's citizenship and has a fucking concentration camp

A law like this allows anyone like him to set anything he wants as obscene.
You look at something he made obscene, so they have to store your personal info. Then his goons get your personal info via ICE Then he takes away your citizenship.

Then its concentration camp time.
