Instruments of oxalis DOOOOM

Probably shouldn't have had the aerogard so close the weed burn thing lol.

Oxalis is one of my sworn foes (stupid thing leaving little bulbils in when you try to yank em out) so that's pretty rad that there's a way to really deal with them. I could really go for some therapeutic weeding atm

My mother used to grow oxalis flava, light pink ones and white ones, as a traditional Dutch flowering bulb

I love the soft grey leaves. They are very resilient too, surviving harsh sun and drought.

Ooh, can you actually kill it? I have a front yard full and nothing seems to work. Not sure if Iโ€™m game to use a blow torch, though

Tbh probably not lol :(

The weed burner for me (this one at least) is sort of half way between pointless and maybe effective-ish sometimes. Safety wise no issues yet but I'd be hesitant using it in summer in the garden. Paths maybe but not on mulch.
