I don't know much about goats, I'll admit that, but is this really the best way for a goat to live????
Probably has anxiety from being dragged to the store and treated like a dog at home.
I know a tiny bit about goats although not this specific case. That the goat is a rescue doesn't tell us much about its background but we can make a reasonable assumption that whatever its conditions before, they were worse and arguably less species-appropriate than riding around in a duck costume at Target.
