@Redditsux At what point do liberals realize Fox News is how conservative psychopaths float ideas? This one is beyond the pale. If conservatives had brains, they would realize the wealthy are trying to recreate slavery through inadequate education, low wages, and limited opportunities to move to better places to work. On top of that, they seem really fond of raping our kids, if the defense of Trump is any indication. Conservatives are the main problem.
The problem is, we all know what the most effective solution to ever-growing “conservative” (reactionary) terror is, but nobody wants to say it (i.e., it’s how our forebears handled the Nazis and the Confederates).
Nobody wants to go there, though, because that’s a bell that cannot be unrung. And, let’s face it, it’s horrible. So neolibs, actual conservatives, and left-of-center moderates are quietly clinging to the faint hope that the rubes at large will get gobsmacked by good sense and then vote themselves out of this mess soon. I want that, too, but I’m not so optimistic.
How our forebearers handled the Nazis and Confederates wasn't good enough. We have to be more complete this time
It's always been about slavery for this subset of the population, right from the very beginning of the formation of the country. Not just money, not just power in an abstract sense, but the kind of power that only comes with slavery.
The fascism is only a means to slavery. They'll take it as far as they're allowed.
