The Postal series was one of the first to be targeted for censorship, and considering GOG is Good OLD Games, it makes sense to include it in a bundle responding to censorship.
"Shortly after the game’s release, Postal would become the target of US Senator Joe Lieberman, who previously played a significant role in creating the ESRB. While he’s overall supportive of the ESRB and ratings practices assigned to video games nowadays, the volatile content of Postal certainly set him off, describing it, Marilyn Manson, and Calvin Kline underwear ads as the “three worst things in American society.” While Vince Desi admittedly appreciated any news coverage of their games, Lieberman would strike a chord with RWS, with Postal 2 featuring an entire difficulty mode named after him. Dubbed “Liebermode,” it’s the easiest difficulty setting, significantly modifying health values, enemy hostility, and more."

Yeah. Postal 1 I think would be good.
Postal 2 was racist and mean spirited and leaned entirely into it in full edgelord shit. I firmly believe it has the right to exist but also think adding it to this collection is a mistake.
It may be a rights thing. Postal 2 is the one they have, so it's the one we got. Didn't the IP rights to Postal change hands multiple times between games? I dimly remember a Civvie rant to that effect.
The first appears to be forever free on GOG, so no need to include it in a "sale" like this.

Yeah....
I like GoG in general but they have a LONG history of "performative" bullshit and... yeah. At least one of those games is a pretty infamous DLC sink and the other ones I am familiar with are mostly "Yeah... the first game is horrifically mid but the second one is where it is at" and are the studios that leapt to have sales the moment they heard the news back when it was just Steam.
I still think this is a net good (minus postal 2) but... I have a hard time seeing this as particularly altruistic. Which, actions and all, but still...
@partial_accumen @leave_it_blank The RWS developers' office appeared in the original game, with little protesters marching back and forth in front of it. You could of course unload on the protesters.
