You are a most kind soul, @PugJesus@lemmy.world . Your posts and comments inspire me. It's only coming to light for me that you have your own challenges and I feel really bad about that.
I know this is small consolation - if any at all - but even though we do not know each other, rest assured: I'm a huge fan of yours. I do not exaggerate.

Thank you! And don't feel bad! I've had decades to make coping mechanisms, insurance that covers mental healthcare (for now, at least), and a very supportive family. It sucks to slog through, but these depressive episodes are only temporary. I'll survive.
I hope I continue to entertain in the months and years to come! 🙏
