Cocomelon is the anti-Bluey: fast cuts designed to keep children's attention, no themes or storylines other than just keeping attention.

Bluey has stories, uses negative space/pauses/unsaid implications for artistic effect and emphasis, and shows actual character growth and development over episodes and seasons. It teaches kids how to interact with other people, and it gently teaches parents ideas about how to be a good parent of young children.
