Forgive the new account, I just moved my account over from lemmy.ca.

I'm working on losing weight right now and needed to rant a little. Currently in the luteal phase of my cycle and all I want to do is eat! What I would give to eat everything in my recently stocked fridge... 😩

On the plus side, I'm down a little over 5 lbs!

Any tips on taking my mind off of food would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to join in on venting.

Currently craving chocolate, breakfast bagel sandwiches, sushi, and the costco sized container of grapes in my fridge... and pancakes with looootttss of syrup.

oh god it sucks. I bought a bunch of clothes and then gained 15lbs and now everything looks like shit and i am having a devil of a time taking the weight back off again!!!

I do fine for a day or two and then one day i go off the diet and lose all my gains.

I have been reading to distract myself but it isn't working very well I just ate a huge 700+ calorie salad with protein mix ins 2 hours ago and i'm ravenous. I don't even know what i want, not salad and not oatmeal though

and we are going on vacation soon ughhhh

edit: made some tofu in the air fryer. 250 calories of protein and olive oil and fried, happy
