No need to. I have national Geographics from that time showing this exact type of image.

Iran could not be called progressive any more after the coup against the Mossadegh government in 1953.
The picture seems to be from the 60ties.
I'll get the date on the ones I have from the seventies and compare them with the ones from the 60s
Those patterns are very seventies from what I remember. But I could be wrong years can blur a memory.
