This is a place to motivate each other to control or stop drinking. It is also a place for non drinkers to discuss and share.

I never wanted to give up drinking completely, but going to the gym had the same side effect for me. If you can’t drink the day before nor the day of, and you go 3/4 times a week, you pretty much automatically stop drinking. Since, I stopped exercising so often, but my alcohol consumption is still way down (1 beer a week versus around 2-3 evenings of 3-4 beers a week).
