That takes guts. Microsoft isn't an easy company to get in to, and the job market is scarce; these people are risking their careers to do this. This is what real courage looks like.

not only that: leadership at tech companies have been caught several times in the colluding to control pay and blacklist workers so these people should expect their careers to be over in any of the tech hubs as a result.
