Not from their partners. By the time you get in a relationship, you should probably have already shared that.

But bring out of the sex offender list is fucking egregious. I don't think people have a right not to be surprised with a penis. That detail shouldn't count against her just as badly as if she surprised him with penetration. Just telling your partner shouldn't make you vulnerable to legal action at all. If she just stuck it in there with no warning, he would have a case.

But "oh no, the bros will never respect me again" does not count as being a victim.
