Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.
Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
- New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

I finally got a good nights sleep last night!!
I usually have a very good sleep schedule with no issues. Lack of sleep and exhaustion will trigger migraines for me, so I’m pretty on point about bedtime and anything that would negatively impact my sleep. For the past week, I’ve been waking up 3-4 hours early and I can’t get back to sleep. It hasn’t been every single night, but it’s been 5 of the last 7 nights. I was starting to feel the exhaustion kick in yesterday then I slept all through the night last night 😁
That's great news well done! Once you've got it regular it's easier to keep it regular. How's your sleep hygiene?
My sleep hygiene is actually pretty good and on schedule. I have a set bed time of 9pm where I lay down and read a physical book for 15-30 minutes, plus a set wake up time of 5am with an alarm but I usually wake up at 4am naturally.
That’s part of what was so frustrating. My sleep schedule is usually great with no issues, except for the last week.
That's really frustrating mate. I have a herbal roll on i use that's really helpful (but stay away from lavender cos too much is a stimulant)
