Not a conspiracy theorist, but that legit barely looks like Trump. The nose, the hair, the brow, the jowls... Either that's Trump and it's just really bad lighting plus he's in really bad health and looks more like shit than normal, or that is a look-alike. 100% of the time that those stupid "look-alike" actor conspiracies are complete insane bullshit, but... dressing up an old fat man as Trump for a blurry photo from 100 yards away as proof of life is the kind of dumb shit the Trump team would actually try to pull to quell fears about a bedridden Dear Leader.
Edit: eh, strike that. I saw this photo elsewhere with better contrast. It is him. Still looks like a melting creamsicle though.
I don't know what their endgame would be, if it was a body double
There's no long term benefit (read: more than a few days) to having a body double. Given how much press the POTUS has, it would never work as a long term ploy.
The only "maybe" possibility is that they want to delay the news of his (potential) absence for a few days. Which i don't know why they would, and i doubt this would be their strategy
So, IMO, it is him, and he had a health scare or something similar
