"After reviewing the evidence available to us, it's clear that Epstein was a monster that had dealings with several powerful people to sexually traffic and abuse young girls. So, we are announcing the formation of a different committee to review the same evidence and get to the bottom of this!"

And then that committee will reach the same conclusion and have the same announcement a few months later.
