That's a direct result of the unfettered accumulation of capital bumping into obstacles and starting to stall, which in turn is because of a system built on a premise of infinite growth colliding with reality. So very much a part of the same polycrisis. The existing and near future use of AI as an oppressive tool is also a result of this, but Skynet isn't real.
