Honestly now I just want Mel Brooks to direct the most Ashkenazi Jewish Jesus he can. Make the whole ordeal as Jewish as it gets. This rabbi schleped all across Galilee and what kind of thanks did he get? Dinner with a tax collector and disciples questioning every decision he makes…
