I blame lemmy's and lemmygrad's political structure for the latter (too US-centric/pro-US).

Reddit itself is very US-centric and has pro-US stances relative to many Lemmy instances. Is it for a lack of non-US communities or non-US users in general?

No, I just only visit /r/Sino and that's my base level of US-neutral
