Yep, most likely so, we have one nearby where I live too.
But still, an old Nokia in the bin? Those things are the equivalent of underground nuclear bunkers, so what disaster destroyed all those old devices?..
I'm sure all of them were in perfect working condition.
This was in Finland. Nokias were ubiquitous and people were keen to get rid of their "normal" phones for so-called "smart" phones.
