Attached to the post is a picture of a page on a magazine. It says "girl. finger her.". It has a picture of a woman from some movie/tv show.
The second image shows the page, and the page before it that has the rest of the headline. It says "She's this mysterious girl. The doctor can't put his finger on what it is about her.".
It has a reblog by rosemaryslullany with a cropped version of the first image, just containing the words "girl. finger her." and the picture of the woman's face.
There is a final reblog by foone which just has the word "finger" and a picture of Mike Ehrmantraut in the place of the original person.

I saw a very similar exchange happen in the early Animorphs books.
Jenna Coleman played Clara, a polarizing character in the popular series Doctor Who. In Doctor Who, the main character is often referred to or addressed as "The Doctor" or just "Doctor," which may clarify certain parts of your original post.
