Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
- New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

Hey Princess thanks for raising this. I agree with Foxglove's actions, and also that it's not appropriate to discuss a members gender identity in public. Moderator decisions are final thanks for understanding 😊
I'm completely happy with this explanation, but as well I would hope that moderator decisions can be questioned? Because if not, there's no accountability for the people that run these spaces, that smells an awful lot like Moss trying to take 196 to lemmy.world and I don't think I'd want to participate here any longer... I have a lot of respect for you and love seeing your posts around, so I really hope that's not the case!

just my own opinion, but I do make mistakes and encourage corrections when I'm wrong, and even questioning to make sure I've made the right choices.
That said, I defer to Lady Butterfly and Ada as authorities, I'm just here to help out with the volunteer labor needed to make this space possible.
