this is my guess to as why they do their kidnappings at government buildings, jobsites, and schools. places people arent allowed to be armed. they do grab people off the streets, but as far as the news has shown, places trumps has declared 'war zones' have been cities with restrictive gun rights. cali and NY are known as places its hard to own guns. in DC i believe they are banned.
