This is coming from a neurodivergent guy. I just don’t get it. I mean, I know it’s probably because we act differently, but WHY EXACTLY do some people decide we’re lesser than neurotypical people?

Little kids pull the wings off of bugs, and some just never outgrow it.

Read my other comment to find out why "it's fun" - hint: it's a perverse "pleasure" along the lines of schadenfreude that's really all about power, much like your bug example.
