If he really had a stroke I doubt he could have given that interview the other day on Fox and Friends.
i mean if you get the meds right then when the ministroke is happening, like right at the ideal time, you can do okay.
In a week and a half?
If a stroke is tended to quick enough it IS possible to recover with more or less no damage, even avoiding the hemiplegia (what you see with the drooping). Looks to me like he was very quickly resuscitated and made it out with this mild hemiplegia (which also explains the fishy video the other day that seems to have a filter over his face etc etc.)
He could barely talk to begin with, so there's less to recover.
