It wasn't sarcasm- I have no sympathy for the murderous veterans of America's invasions.
I think that the problem is that they have no problem with the irony of this statement.

You can’t call for death of a group of people whilst complaining about people celebrating the death of another.

and real life is obviously as simple as a pulp movie written by George Lucas who, as has been established, can't write for shit when he's not being constrained by everyone else on the movie set. grow up dude, meet some people who actually serve rather than vilifying them.
