I wholeheartedly agree.
I've 100+x%-ed HK, finished the path of pain, got through most of Elden Ring, and 99 or so %-ed PoP The Lost Crown, so this genre isn't exactly new to me, but honestly Silksong is waaay too frustrating to play right now.
And the atmosphere is there, it could be a really good game, but at this point, it's simply not approachable unless you have dozens of hours of playtime you are willing to sacrifice on gitting gud
