No, unironically, this is the reason the FBI can't infiltrate anarchist organizations. There is no leader, and everyone is always attentive to OPSEC and suspects people who talk big shit or plan stuff that could endanger the safety of anyone within the group. The entire point of anarchism is an absence of central authority, so anyone who tries to take control or order people around OR support becoming subservient to someone within the group immediately gets dirty looks and is ousted or shunned.

Not true. Every major anarchist territory that has been created in history was betrayed by Marxist-Leninists and their ilk and that's the main reason they don't exist anymore. Also, the Zapatista territories still exist and still manage to live quite peacefully in the areas they control in Mexico.
