People don't bitch about cars. They bitch about cars that are needlessly loud. Did your neighbor modify his lawnmower to make more noise for fun? If he did, he's just as much of an idiot as the guys in loud cars (but I doubt he did).
I'm pointing out that people only care about things when it applies to them.
