AI slop (partly)?
My thoughts, too. The body of the guy might be generated, because no human being would draw side pockets on a t-shirt.
On the other hand, drawing pockets somewhere because you just realized that the way you drew the arm means the hands wont reach the pants, and you really don't feel like trying to draw a hand, is something a human might do.
Since we are doing hand puns, you're reaching.
I’m not sure. There’s just no joke. It could be that’s the joke. Or maybe it was made by someone who really likes walking.

And how the fuck is the text formatted?
A glimpse into the reality that AI has zero understanding of what things actually are, it's only a machine designed to make really good guesses. So good that it seems eerily "alive" at times, but that's just because we're dumber and simpler than we think.
It doesn't know what words are in images, it just knows how they're roughly supposed to look. It's gotten good at not just guessing a bunch of vaguely "letterish looking stuff" but it still makes mistakes. For now.
