People with TS clearance should be paid well enough to host their own smutty slop servers.
Not really.
Looking at UK data from four years ago, with the exception of a handful of senior managers, the frontline civil servants working in nuclear science in the defence context only earns up to £80k (before location allowances and posting allowances are included). For a state actor with deep pockets, it would likely be well worth the investment to turn one of those employees with the offer of a mirror salary to "assist another project" elsewhere.
...I make less than that and I have a server. They're only about as expensive as computers.
Granted, mine is all kids cartoons. I doubt any government wants them.
Yeah you'd think he would just be doing this at home using his own GPU.
