That's what I did. It works okay. The idea was never perfection, this is my first foray into woodworking of any kind.

My kid and I draw together a lot lately, this is our latest collaboration. It's a boss from Silksong that I was stuck on for a while. He did the room and the colours, I just did the line art for Groal. He really got all the details in there.
With this one I was real lazy, no pencil work or thumbnailing that makes my recent work look good. Just playing with some new pens and markers.

Based on an underground semi-ancient comic by Mat Brinkman called ~~Skeleton Jelly~~ Multiforce, which got shared a lot last decade when people were posting weird shit, which is how I discovered it.

Strong guesses, those are in the list of types on the posting but the individual pieces weren't marked. I'm not much of a woods buff yet, I just went with what felt right.
I had two types per half, and used an even mix of grain and burl. Seemed like the best way to use the cuttings I have.
