Damn that's a lot more than I would think is needed. I think Craigslist had/has like 50 people so I figured you can still keep a business chugging along without a ton of staff.

We have a lot of engineers, and various departments. The customer service side is pretty small but then there are things like advertising and our social media group which is huge cause its more important.
