Am I missing something? What's the connection between manta rays and "El Diablo"?
Frankly, "B21 Manta" would've been plenty cool in and of itself.
(Does it count as "taken" if the previous use was an experimental aircraft?)
They're also called devil rays apparently. Had to look that up too
