You forgot that rare horrible news that make you feel soo sick you instantly just close the the app and spend the next 10 minutes forcing yourself to not think about it but it only makes it worse so you look for any random video to watch to try and forget.
I guarantee you you'd feel something like that after reading the title of an article that contain the gruesome description of how a 6 years old child was found after being SA'd by her uncle.
I never saw the appeal of such videos. I saw fucked up videos as a teen because my friends would share them and push each other to watch them as some kind of twisted adulthood passage rite ( just dumb kids being dumb ) but nowadays, i can barely watch any gore.
Nonetheless, when people tell me about how desensitized to gore they are i always think they'd be great medical staff on emergency services.
