I don't have an outside place, just the inside place. The nice thing about that, though, is that I get daily midday eye-closey time.
Me too. 14 years self employed, work from home, no phone calls or meetings. I find a 10 minute meditation followed by a quick nap sets up the afternoon nicely. Ahhhhh.
