I had this stupid whistle stuck in my head for over a decade before I was finally able* to ID this tune just last year. It drove me insane forever!
I forgot everything about the existence of this band, and this song - but you mentioned the 'whistle', and it allllll came flooding back. Welp! I know what I'm gonna be mentally forced to loop whilst trying to fall asleep for the next 7-10 business years...
