Was this dude properly freeze dried, or did the person making the facial reconstruction just make an extremely bold choice for hair?
I think I’d be right in saying that in general, the Saxons seem to have worn their hair long and sported moustaches, but not beards. At least, that’s my understanding of what the historical record indicates.
