FCC announces plans to reinstate net neutrality::After a long battle and eventual defeat, the FCC is set to reinstate rules that broadband providers must treat all internet traffic equally.

Since net neutrality was repealed Comcast hasn't let me torrent anything faster than a few hundred kbps, even on Linux ISOs. I had to get a VPN just for that.
