Definitely. However, there were a lot of people who said she's not half bad in the past couple of months. Primarily because of the Biden visit and the Italian government's support of Ukraine.

Until a couple of years ago right wing politicians were crying about "politicized courts" whenever magistrates tried to raise objections about the policies they were pursuing or the illicit actions they had done. After governing for one year with little to no judicial impediment (sentenced people are just moved to less visible power seats, e.g. Augusta Montaruli who passed from undersecretary to media vigilance after being found guilty of embezzlement) they now feel omnipotent.
