I don't think think I'll be able to do that. I'm not a native speaker and I generally don't like censoring myself just to not step on people's toes.
It's not censoring, it's growing up.
Do you use the n-word? If not, just put the r-word in the same category. Anytime you feel like saying either, it's probably best to just stop talking if you can't think of an appropriate replacement.
It's so fucking weird when people instantly jump one of - if not the - worst slur there is, just to prove their point. There's a big difference between using a slur and calling someone a slur to begin with. And even that is besides the point, people take internet banter way too serious these days and are unable to log off when they are on the receiving end of it.
