There’s no rule against it
Us poors can't bring cell phones into the courthouse.
Err, what courthouse are you talking about? Never seen an outright ban just gotta silence/turn it off.
Every courthouse I've been to in my area will not allow cell phones inside. Must be a state-based or county-based thing.
