Kapag may sipon/ubo kayo, nageexercise ba kayo? Gusto ko na uli bumalik sa calisthenics kaso natigil dahil magiisang linggo na din etong sipon at ubo ko. Kaya ngayon lakad lang ginagawa kong exercise.

Eh, I'd avoid going to the gym, but for slightly different reasons:

  • nakakahiya yung maya't-maya sisinga ako o uubo, tapos hahawak sa gym equipment.
  • i assume that my immune system is compromised at that time, and so going to a place where I'd regularly be around stuff that might have had bodily fluids ehh, mejo questionable sa akin.

Kung sa bahay lang naman though, I think it's best to proceed carefully and err on the side of caution--if you do elect to do any exercise at all.

Outdoors, na lakad-lakad?‌‌ I think it's just fine. I'd probably do half of what my normal routine would be though.

Sa bahay lang ako haha. Pero yep need na di maging matigas ang ulo hahaha. Talagang lakad lang muna. And yep sa labas lang naman. Since asa probinsya naman ako eh mainam din lumanghap ng hangin.

Yeah~‌ hirap nang mabinat! Imbes na one or two weeks lang dapat, magiging three weeks or four weeks pa!
