TL;DR People who make reaction content should really get permission from the original creator.
I mean, that's a courtesy, but if it falls under fair use, get over it. VTH videos are transformative, as he provides additional context, corrects inaccuracies, and more.
He filed against Vlogging Through History at least and a couple other history channels I don't watch. The strikes were reversed when CGPGrey didn't file suit after VTH appealed.
