I'm done, after a lot of swearing at my monitor, I can gawk at myself riding a motorcycle now. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

This will piss off the Zoomers, but the Wii was a terrible console. It's literally nothing more than an overclocked GameCube with a gimmick, and tons of shovelware. It came with freaking RCA cables and couldn't do more than 480p, in a time where 720p TVs were common and 1080p was becoming more mainstream.

I hope their next console doesn't disappoint, cause IMO they haven't released a decent machine since the GameCube. I skipped out on the Wii and WiiU (worst name ever), and haven't touched the Switch in over 3 years. Nintendo needs to get their shit together.

From a spec point yes, but that isn't the whole story

This is likely the first time that a big portion of grandparents and children would and could play together

They make consoles for a larger target market/audience than Sony or Microsoft, because that makes them more money than trying to compete directly with them. Wii sold over 100 units and the Switch is currently sitting at around 130 million putting it in third place overall, only behind the Nintendo DS and Playstation 2.

So they most likely won't, as their formula clearly works (other than the Wii U, it was a flop).
