MODERATORS
I thought that because historically Nintendo has been very anti emulation and blocking emulation is one of the features of this DRM.
Curious why I was downvoted for providing the source that informed my interpretation. Am I being toxic or not contributing to the conversation?
Because the person you replied to gave a good reason why Nintendo wouldn't want to implement it, and your link didn't have any information that would refute that.

Doesn't say anything about working offline, which is what that commenter is saying Nintendo would be concerned about.
