I'm using https://www.inkdrop.app/

But I want to move to something self hosted.

I already have nextcloud but not really satisfied with the note organization.

Which software can you recommand ? (with an android app)

If you have Nextcloud, you have Webdav for sync

You don't need anything else

+1 for Joplin notes. You can also self-host a sync server.
