Why not just use one of those free trial months from any of the music streaming platforms and rip it yourself. There's plenty of free audio software or there and you just have to set it to record the audio going through the sound card.
You'll have to manually start/stop each song recording and sit through each whole song while it records. But that shouldn't be much of a chore for an album you've been looking for for years.
