No, Belarus is currently probably most democratic country in Europe, they just elect people who are antiimperialist. It being dictatorship is western and especially polish propaganda, if you remember they had a US-polish coup attempt just last year and as such there was loud about them as usual about everyone who is targeted by imperialism. It is also one of the most peaceful countries, so the "military" part is not true too.
