Doesn't "Troll" kind of imply they don't actually believe what they're saying and are just trying to mess with you?
I think most of the time they're just genuinely nazis.

Some are trolls. Some are Nazis. And some are Nazis pretending to be trolls. In any case, block and move on.
Either way, banning makes the platform better.
A troll is someone who engages with the intent of harming others, moreso than any desire to improve the world, say something meaningful, or form social bonds.
